European Union (EU) and United Kingdom

• Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Return Period: The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your jewelry.

• Refunds: I will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned jewelry or proof of return.

• Exceptions: Customized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Non-EU European Countries

• Return Period: Customers in non-EU European countries such as Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland also have a 14-day return period from the day they receive the jewelry.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned jewelry or proof of return.

General Return Conditions

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Return Process:

  1. Contact me at ambergamblershop@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to me.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after I receive the returned item.

• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged.
